How to tell that what you received is the real thing, and what we do to make sure it is.
Check your parcel when it arrives
- The seal under the lid is intact, and so is any outer shrink wrap.
- The batch or lot number and the expiry date are printed or embossed on the tub itself, not on a sticker covering the original print.
- The batch and expiry match each other wherever they appear on the pack, and the expiry is still ahead.
- If the brand offers a scratch code or QR check on its own website, use it. Scan only codes printed by the brand, and type the brand's address yourself.
- The powder looks, smells and mixes the way it should. Hard clumps, an odd smell or a broken seal: do not use it, and contact us.
With cash on delivery you pay the rider after you have checked the parcel.
What we do
- Product pages show the expiry date of the stock we are sending now, when we have recorded it.
- When we photograph your order as it is packed, the photo appears on your order page before the parcel leaves us.
- Reviews on product pages come only from customers whose order was delivered. We publish good and bad ones.
